Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. The software

Lumi Scraper is a Chrome extension, delivered digitally: you install it from the Chrome Web Store at no charge, straight away. Lumi Engine runs on our server, so there's nothing else to install.

2. Plans

A plan is delivered in Lumi Scraper itself. It turns on in your account as soon as Cashfree Payments confirms your payment, and Settings → Plans shows it with its end date. Nothing is sent by post or email. If your plan hasn't turned on after Cashfree confirmed your payment, write to us with the payment reference.

3. Support payments

A support payment is a voluntary, one-time payment towards Lumi Scraper's development. Nothing is delivered in return for it, physically or digitally. Cashfree Payments confirms your payment on its page when it goes through; if you don't see a confirmation, write to us.

4. Questions

Write to support@lumifine.co, or by post to Lumifine Media And Tech Solutions, Rajpur, Kolkata 700149, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India.
