How we handle complaints

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. If a privacy complaint isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you own a website

If you believe someone used Lumi Scraper on your site in a way our Terms of Use don't allow, write to us with the details. Jobs that run in a browser never reach us, and the results of jobs on our server are locked for the customer's own browser, but our server keeps a log of which account read which site, and when, so we can act on your report. We take every report seriously.
